Every day
by Bilynda Eden Anderson
Every day you come home from work,
And every day you don't say a word,
Don't you know how much that can hurt?
And every day I leave for work,
Kiss the kids goodbye,
But you are so cold inside,
But why?
I wake up every day but you are gone,
I should have know it all along,
I lay here in bed crying,
It's an every day song,
I try to act normal but inside I'm dying,
To know that the kids don't know what's going on,
You are at her house,
And I know it,
But what about your spouse?
You are unhappy and I can see,
You should have just told me,
And a lot of pain you could have saved me.
