Deep Blue
by Jeanette Luell Winters
Your deep blue eyes upon your face,
Makes me wish more, to have one try.
Why must I feel I am in a love race?
For you, I know, My love shall live not die.
Why must you be surprisingly uncanny?
Do you ever want to condone me?
Why is it hard to tell you're solicitated?
You express your words and actions so naturally.
This poem may not make any sense
But I don't know why.
He can be full of suspense.
Is it because of him I cry?
Do I like this undescribing Beauty?
This loving guy so true and fair,
Is Jeremiah with eyes as the deep blue sea,
The guy I like through wishes being shared, and
Love that cares. I want to know this feeling I
Have with you that is always fulfilling my heart
So true.
But I ask myself, Why is it you?
